Ones' approach to a face to face interview should be the same if you will be meeting one person for an hour or 10 people in an all-day interview. The goal of an interview is to get an offer, as you can’t accept or turn down a job if it is not offered.

First Impressions: Unless you are specifically told how to dress, you should always dress professional. Preferably, in a suit or a coat and tie will suffice. Walk with confidence and introduce your self clearly with a firm handshake and eye contact. ENERGY and ENTHUSIASM!!
When seated, keep good posture and keep eye contact.
Be prepared to speak about anything on your resume.
Make sure to do extensive research on the company and the position requirements, in order to speak intelligently about both. If possible, speak to some current employees you may know.

When interviewing with multiple people at separate times, treat each person as a completely different interview and approach with in the same manner. Walk with confidence and introduce your self clearly with a firm handshake and eye contact.
