IT candidate referrals are a vital method for finding top talent for our clients, and with our IT staff referral incentives, everyone benefits. It is our *policy to pay a $500 referral fee to anyone who refers a top candidate who is ultimately hired for one of our open positions. Additionally, our IT technical staffing agency offers a $1,000 referral fee to anyone who refers a company and hiring manager to The Centrics Group. Once we fill those positions, your check will be in the mail!
