Account Executive

Position Objective

Responsible for generating new business in the areas of contract and permanent IT/Technical Staffing. Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Will be responsible for the overall achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with The Centrics Group’s vision and values. Recruiting of IT professionals for all positions, if needed.

Sales/Business Development

80-90% Recruiting: 10-20%

Requirements

3+ years of IT/Technical Staffing sales experience
Current “book-of-business”
Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and generate revenue
Increased revenue/margin generation throughout career progression.
Minimum revenue generation of over $300K over the past year.
Minimum margin generation of over $150K over the past year.
Stable job history
Maintain office hours of 8:30am-5:30PM Mon-Fri, plus any additional Night/Weekend at home work, as required.
At-home PC/Laptop and high speed internet connection required.
Computer literacy: Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Job boards, LinkedIN, Jigsaw, Hoovers, Google/MSN/Yahoo search.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
4 year college degree.

The Centrics Group offers excellent compensation packages to be based on individual level of experience and success within the industry.

Non-recoverable draw, 10-30% commission on permanent and contract placements.
Recoverable draw, 20-40% commission on permanent and contract placements.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, eligible after 30 days
Matching 401K, eligible after 6 months.
All National Holidays and additional PTO.
Monthly reimbursement for all or some of Blackberry/PDA data packages.
