Referral Incentives for IT Staff
IT staff referrals are a vital method for finding top talent for our clients, and with our IT staff referral incentives, everyone benefits. It is our *policy to pay a $500 referral fee to anyone who refers a top candidate who is ultimately hired for one of our open positions. Additionally, we offer a $1,000 referral fee to anyone who refers a company and hiring manager to The Centrics Group. Once we fill those positions, your check is in the mail!If you have a friend, spouse, neighbor or co-worker suitable for an IT staff position, then refer someone by emailing us their information today!
*Terms: Referral candidates must not be available through traditional job boards. The basis of the referral program is to refer candidates who are not on the open market. Referrals fees paid for new positions/employers are limited to the first two positions filled.
