candidates for all positions, and will never send a candidate who hasn’t been thoroughly screened.
The Centrics Group strives to earn your business and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied
with our service. Therefore, we have introduced several Customer Loyalty programs, in order to make
sure our customers are completely satisfied. Below you will find a list of our new programs and all
programs are retroactive! Additionally, there are no limitations to the program, as you can take advantage
of the program within a year or within 10 years.
- Any customer who hires 5 people in any combination of contractors or permanent placements will
receive 1/2 off our normal fee for the next permanent hire.
- Any customer who hires 3 permanent employees within 30 days will receive 1/2 off the normal fee
on the 3rd placement.
- If any permanent placement leaves within 12 months (after the 90 day guarantee period), we will
replace that candidate at 1/2 of our normal fee.
