Atlanta IT staffing agency featured in LinkedIn video and online case study

Upon reviewing the success TCG achieved with the LinkedIn Recruiter platform, a representative from the social media giant reached out to TCG Managing Partner Kevin Raxter. In each case study, Raxter discusses how the firm’s transition from traditional job boards to LinkedIn Recruiter has modernized the way TCG staffing specialists recruit. This shift toward a more modern recruiting approach has also enabled TCG to tap into the passive recruiting market, which has contributed to a significant increase in overall job placements.

As a LinkedIn Certified organization, all TCG employees must pass an exam to receive LinkedIn Recruiter licenses. This new strategy has improved all aspects of the TCG recruitment process—the agency has seen a substantial increase in LinkedIn followers and a higher number of qualified job applicants.
