Responsible for recruiting for contract and permanent IT/Technical Staffing. Will be responsible for the complete recruitment process: candidate screening, resume modification, interview preparation, salary negotiation and close.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of IT/Technical Contract and Permanent resources, within assigned territory.
  • Demonstrates recruitment skills and general technical knowledge in all or most technologies listed: .NET, Java, C++, SQL Server, Oracle, Cisco, Windows, Exchange/Active Directory, Unix, Linux, EMC, SAN/NAS, SAP, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft. Sound knowledge of general responsibilities for the following positions: Developer/Programmer, DBA, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Network Admin/Engineer, System Admin/Engineer.
  • Individual will be responsible for handling recruitment on multiple roles, in a timely-manner.
  • Some understanding of permanent fees, contract margin and general burden costs.
  • Responsible for recruiting through referrals, internal database, job boards, internet searching, networking, and user groups.
  • Maintains accurate records of all clients/prospects and candidates within the The Centrics Group’s internal Staffing Software.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of new marketing ideas for the company.
  • Work is a close team environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of IT/Technical Recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit stand-out talent quickly
  • Minimum placements average of 2/month over the past year
  • Stable job history
  • At-home PC/Laptop and high speed internet connection required
  • Computer literacy: Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Client Relationship Manager

Expected to manage all sales activities, from lead generation through closing of position, and contribute to the overall achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with The Centrics Group vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales of IT/Technical Contract and Permanent Staffing Services.
  • Demonstrates selling skills and general technical knowledge in all or most technologies listed: .NET, Java, C++, SQL Server, Oracle, Cisco, Windows, Exchange/Active Directory, Unix, Linux, EMC, SAN/NAS, SAP, JDEdwards, and PeopleSoft. Sound knowledge of general responsibilities for the following positions: Developer/Programmer, DBA, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Network Admin/Engineer, System Admin/Engineer.
  • Develops individual business plan in conjunction with Management, which details activities to follow during the month/quarter/year, which will focus the Sr. Account Executive on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Individual will be responsible for constant sourcing, in order to generate business.
  • Individual may be responsible for recruiting, as-needed in times of high volume job orders and/or tough-to-fill positions.
  • Complete understanding of permanent fees, contract margin and general burden costs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers, including: HR/Internal Recruiters, Managers, Directors, VP’s, and C-Level Executives.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of landing new clients resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
  • Responsible for selling and making recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers for their business needs. These solutions include staffing services, hardware distribution, and maintenance services.
  • Develop a strong “book of business” of qualified leads through referrals, internet researching, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Responsible for effectively responding to any RFI/RFPs that are in direct response to their sales efforts.  Will collaborate with Management on any and all significant RFI/RFP opportunities.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships through referrals, internet researching, networking, and recruiting.
  • Responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities for The Centrics Group to gain market share.
  • Maintains accurate records of all clients/prospects and candidates within The Centrics Group’s internal Staffing Software.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of new marketing ideas for The Centrics Group.
  • Work is a close team environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT/Technical Staffing sales experience
  • Current “book-of-business”
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and generate revenue
  • Increased revenue/margin generation throughout career progression
  • Minimum gross margin generation of over $300K over the past year
  • Stable job history
  • Maintain office hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Mon-Fri, plus any additional Night/Weekend at home work, as required
  • At-home PC/Laptop and high speed internet connection required
  • Computer literacy: Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Job boards, LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 4-year college degree
