We start by gaining an understanding of the perfect fit for your company. Once we have established the type of candidate you are looking for we work with the colleges and veteran associations to find the best fit.
Two-Day Boot Camp
Upon selection by you, our new associates go through a two-day onboarding class covering soft skills such as effective communication, problem solving, and overall business etiquette in regards to paying attention to specific client environment/cultural expectations.
Monthly Mentor Lunch & Learn
So that our LP360 Associates can hear from real work executives, we have monthly Mentorship Lunch & Learns. We cover topics from the business world to personal financial training, so that they are well-prepared to transition into their professional career.
Monthly and Weekly Touch-base
We schedule monthly touch-base meetings with the managers, and weekly meetings with our LP360 Associates. These meetings ensure everyone is transitioning well and to help identify issues or perceived. Our delivery is the difference.
